Founder & Innovation Lead

I am a Chartered Manager with over 12 years’ experience in the education sector, passionate about creating inspiring, efficient, and sustainable learning environments.


I have led countless operational and capital projects that have transformed schools and enhanced opportunities for pupils — from improving facilities to securing funding with sporting associations to boost school sports provision.


As an independent consultant, I partner with schools, academies, and trusts to strengthen compliance, streamline operations, plan capital investment, and develop future-ready, sustainable estates that support great education.


As a water literate accredited professional, I am also deeply passionate about reducing water use across education, recognising that the sector is the second largest consumer of water in the UK. I actively promote practical strategies to improve water efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and build more resilient schools for the future.


I believe every school should be a safe, inspiring, and environmentally responsible place to learn and work — and I am dedicated to helping education leaders make that vision a reality.


In my free time, I’m happiest outdoors, walking boots on, exploring the countryside with my partner and our dog, Freddie and enjoying the seasons, whatever the British weather brings!
